Thomas Muccaboy produced a certificate from Wm. Russell, Colonel Commandant of General Scott's Brigade that he had discharged Muccaboy as unfit for duty and made oath that the same was authentic and a true certificate and that he had never before proved or claimed his right to land for (his) service--which was ordered recorded.
Thomas Muccaboy made oath that he served as a soldier in the last war in the 47th Regiment and that he never claimed or proved his right to land for (his) services. The Court orders this certified.
A Certificate from Colonel Russell that Thomas Muccaboy was discharged from service was produced and made oath to and ordered certified.
