I have researched this family. I am connected thru ancestors from back in the 1700's. Which I do have information for. I am so far distant on the tree, I am probably a 9th cousin 10 times removed (what ever that means anyway)..

The confirmed children that I have for him and his wife are
Jean C 1887–
Alfred Johnson Mowat 1889–1963
Mervyn O Mowat 1895–1989
Marjory Rose Mowat 1898-

I do have some descendant info.
I found an interesting document on the web for a patent that was taken out by Mervyn O Mowat in 1945. I found out that his wife's frist name was something like Myrle (Myrtle?). I will post this pdf file for others to enjoy.

I was able to find out that Mervyn had a son named John H Mowat, born in 1930. He can be found on the 1930 census for
Chicago, Cook, Illinois. I can get it if you need it.

I have no other descendant info. I do know that son Alfred died in Los Angles, California in 1963.

I have a lot of ancestry info. I can get this family back tgo 1705 -to date.
