Deborah, I have letters from Henry & Mary Morris, dated in the 1840's. Henry is a son of Shadrack, Sr (he moved from NC to Alabama) Henry & Mary lived in Marshall Co. Tenn.
Looks like maybe Berlin.....not sure of the spelling.. He mentions a Henry Haywood Morris, Jane that married a Richard Millet or Willet. That Sarah and her husband (McDaniel) are still living with them. Margaret & Tabitha are looking for beaus.
He also mentions a brother Josha/Joseph (1807-1865)
I show he died in in Arkansas. Says he could do a lot better if he moved to Tenn than staying in NC.
