My gggrandfather Thomas Hill dob 1816, Va. Married Louisa Lankford dob 1816 in NC, 1832 in Stokes Co.NC.Braxton Lankford was listed on their marriage bond. I have been unable to find her Parents. In the 1870 NC cencus they are in Peter's Creek, Stokes Co. and living next to them are Wesley, Braxton and Wyatt Lankford. I believe they are related, but have no proof. If you can shed any light on Louisa's parents, I would appreciate it.
