I am just starting research on my husband's grandparents, ALBERT P. MONK and MARY (RICHARDS) MONK. Please help me if you know anything about them. Here is what I have:

Albert P. MONK, b. between 1860-1875, probably in Kansas. Died 1945 in Denver, Colorado. Married Mary Elizabeth RICHARDS on her family's farm in Phillipsburg, Kansas, in 1897.

Mary Elizabeth (RICHARDS) MONK, b. March 11, 1877, in Vandalia, Missouri. She attended school there. She and husband Albert moved to Colorado in 1907. She died in Denver, CO, on December 18, 1960.

Their CHILDREN:

Martha (MONK) KIRTLEY, b. 10/7/1898; d. 3/27/1976. Married to Schyler KIRTLEY. Lived in Denver, CO, most of her life.

Marie (MONK) NORTHUP, b. 11/12/1902, Kansas. Died 4/21/1970, in Sidney, Nebraska. She married George E. NORTHUP. (She is my husband's Mother).

Leland W. MONK, lived in Tacoma, Washington.

Percy MONK, died at an early age.

Kate (RICHARDS) RUMBAUGH of Calloway, Nebraska.
