Daniel MIXTER owned land in the Grenville Co., Ontario during 1812-1832. Daniel MIXTER sold land to Eben SHERWOOD; LOUCKS, William P.; COMENS, Benjamin; SCOTT, John; HOLDEN, James, MCMILLAN, Alexander. He bought land from JESSUP, Edward S.; BEAMEN (BEEMAN), Sebrey/Sebra); SMADES, Joshua; JESSUP, Susannah, and BARTON, John.

Not sure what EPT 24, CR or FG means. I think S - Sale; UE - United Empire. Also I am not sure where Rawdon is. Hope this helps someone. I am interested in Sebra BEEMAN ANd Eben SHERWOOD, two of the people that had land tranaction with Daniel MIXTER.
