I,m searching for any info on Jack J, Lizzie Ann, Helen, Betty Ann, Joseph Frank, and William W. Milligan/Millikan. THey were siblings and I'm looking for info on their parents. They would have be born around 1830-1860 in or anround Horry County South Carolina. I thought it might be Moses or Robert Milligan/Millikan but I can't confirm this.
