My RM lived in Horry County SC and some where in NC. I don't know if he was born there or moved there later. I know that his wifes name was Anna/Anne. He was listed on the Census as early as 1840 for SC. I think his mother's name was Martha Jane Todd Milligan. I have no info on his father at all or siblings if any. The Horry County Census didn't start listing family member names until 1850, before that it was only heads of households.
