Esther Saracino Miller, 96, of San Diego died Feb. 27. She was born in Providence, R.I., and was a textile worker.

Survivors include her daughter, Gail Miller Piazza of Newport Beach; son, Anthony Miller of San Diego; eight grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild.

Services have been held.

A scattering of ashes at sea was planned.
