I have heard rumors of Lithuanian branches, but found none. My traces lead back to North Carolina so far. <br><br>The variations in spelling so far have been: Milewski, Mileski, Melusky, Meluskey, Chmielewski (The C is silent), and Miliszewski. My grantparents were Antonio Miliszewski and Francisca Miliszewski. On the ship's manifest is listed another person by the name of Jan or Jon Miliszewski. All of these people lived in Twork, Russia. I located a Jon Miliszewski by SS death index that lived in Massachusetts. I am wondering if this is a relative and if this is the same person. She married Benjamin Nastor (Nastulavich) and had 5 girls. They lived on Long Island, NY for many years. Helen remarried after Benjamin passed away, but I don't know her 2nd name.
