She was born on March 25, 1938 in Cleveland OH to Elmer and Anne Mibuck. Barbara was a member of the St. Thomas Aquinas Church in Rio Rancho. She was preceded in death by her husband, William; father, Elmer; and mother, Anne. She is survived by her children, Michael Powell and wife, Becca of Las Vegas NV, Jacqueline White and husband, Robert of Cleveland OH; grandchildren, Kara, Logan, Jessica, Zachary, Danielle, and Breanna.
