In the 1850 Census in Tyaskin, Somerset Co, MD, James and Mary A Mezick had five children. Biddy Ann, Mary V and Martha EP Jane all appear later but the two boys James A and John C Mezick seem to vanish. I'm interested in them because I suspect one of them is the father to Emma Mezick (married George Adam Aubel) my great grandmother.
