He was my GGGGrandfather. I don't have a birthdate but place it in the early 1800's. He married Harriet Lee and had at least 1 daughter named Nancy Merritt. Nancy married George Hall Brundage. Nancy died in 1928. I believe they resided somewhere in the NE of the USA, perhaps NY or CT.
