I am trying to break my brick wall on Jacob Merriman (Merryman) born abt 1829 in Pennsylvania.
On 2 Jul 1848 he married Margaret Boner (Bonar) in Shelby County IN. I cannot find them on the 1850 or 1860 census anywhere. In 1870 she and their 2 children, Sarah Catherine (my gr grandma) and Jacob are living with Margaret's brother, Adam in Benton, Davies County, MO. Margaret died 6 May 1907 in Parsons, Labette County, KS. Her daughter, Sarah, married a McComas who migrated from Indiana to KS with the railroad.
