"Otis Isaac Megginson, 48, of 166 Stillwater Ave., died Saturday at Greenwich Hospital. He was born in Cavin Creek, W. VA., Dec. 22, 1918, son of Mrs. Mattie Ferguson Megginson of Lynchburg, VA, and the late Altert Megginson, and lived in Stamford 12 years. He was a truck driver employed by John Savini and Co. He is survived by a son, Otis I. Megginson Jr. of Providence, RI; a brother, Alander Megginson of Hartford, and two sisters, Mrs. Ethel Monk of Bridgeport and Mrs. Edith Chambers of Lynchburg. The funeral will be Wednesday at the Community Funeral Home in Lunchburg. Interment will be in Forest Hills Cemetery, Lynchburg. Local funeral arrangements were handled by the Leo P. Gallagher & Son Funeral Home, 20 Suburban Avenue, Stamford."
