Neither of those two Elias Meeks's belong to me. The Elias I'm searching for was born abt 1852 according to numerous census records. The last record I have on him shows him living in Sumter Co., Florida in 1885.

Daniel was my great grand father. Millie Frances (Gay) Holzendorff Meeks was Daniel's 2nd wife. He married her when they were both elderly, they took care of each other. They are both buried at Taylor's United Methodist Church in Brunswick, GA. Millie is buried next to her 1st husband.

Daniel's daughter was named Carrie Lena, she's buried over on the West Coast of Florida. I have contact with her decendants.
