Did you see the 1910 census?
In it, he is still married to Ruth Ann Stover Means, they have been married for 47 years and have eight living children. They married in Oct. 1873. The census states they have both been married only once.
He died in 1923 and she died in 1933, both are buried in the French cemetery.
