I am a descendant of Henry McWhorter (1760-1848) and Mary Fields. Have been able to trace that line back to Hugh McWhirter and all the way back to Alexander McWhirter in 1620. If you have any information that might be pertinent, I would love to see what you have and will share with you what I have. I'm in process of updating the McWhorter information as we speak.
