Found in York County VA Deeds, Orders, Wills, Etc 1694 - 1697 abstracted and compiled by John Frederick Dorman the following:
Hugh Mackentear hath judgement per nihil dicit against Mrs. Eliz: Roan in an action upon the case for all the estate to her belonging as administratrix of her hauband Charles Roan as per assignment under her hand, returnable to the next Court for confirmation if shee then faile to appeare.
The typing is correct the words are spelled funny. This is before the dated page 17 July 1690.
The next is is where Mr. John Mackintree (which could be McIntire except the "tree" portion sounds a lot like tyre) name appears to be sworne to make due and true presentment of all such matters as were given them in charge, to enquire twice yearly in this County and to serve untill another jury be appointed. This was before the date of 26 Aug 1695.
