My two time great grandfather had the middle name of McNary.....he was Samuel McNary Parkinson, born 1827 in Canonsburg, PA.. to Richard Parkinson and Mary Elizabeth Templeton.....they were born 1803 to 1806?. I have not been able to locate the families of Richard or Mary Elizabeth. They came from Washington PA to Ohio with Samuel and 5 more children. It is felt that the McNary's and Templeton's were related. There were several Parkinson, Templeton and McNary families in that area at that time and several Mary Elizabeth Templeton's.
