“George, the six-year old son of Cassius McLaughlin, of Pleasant township, Monday evening accidently fell on a piece of broken glass at their home and severed an artery in his right wrist which bled profusely causing considerable alarm for a time. The father brought the child to the office of Dr. C. G. AXLINE about 10 o’clock Monday night and had the wound dressed. At eleven fifteen all the guests assembled in the dining room which was beautifully decorated with the Christmas colors, where a delicious luncheon was served.
