I'm looking for anyone with information about my great great grandfather- Matthew McKelvey.
He was born in Newburgh NY in 1845 to a John McKelvey and either Agnes or Nancy. It appears he was the only of his family to be born in the US, the rest appear to have been born in Ireland.

He married an Alma and had a son, moved to Kansas and divorced her. They moved back east again. He then married again and had 12 children in Kansas. He is buried in Wamego Ks.

Mostly I am looking for anything before he married the second time. I cannot find much on his first wife/son or parents/siblings.
