I guess the policy differs by state. I live in CA and the local county library got it for me on loan from the SUTRO library. It is 3 volumes from what I understand but Ive only seen one so far.

My mother owns the book(s) but wont let anyone take it from her house so that is why I am going thru the library. It is well indexed but ploughing thru the actual narratives are a challenge for me
