The book of McKee is supposed to be available on film from the Family History Center Library (you can check the library holdings at www.familysearch.org).

Most all Mormon churches have a family history center. You have to go there and rent the film from them. The hours are different in each church and are usually limited. They generally have some day and evening hours at each center. It is staffed by volunteers. They will send the film out to the church and you can view it there. I think the fee covers about a three week rental, so you can go back within that period and view it as many times as you need to. You can also extend your rental if you need to.
