Thanks for the reply. The problem is getting my hands on a copy. It's apparently a rare book. Maybe someday someone will put an e-book version on the web.

I read today that the author is descended from the Rushville McKees, so the answer to my question is probably in that book. Of course, that's assuming that the Rushville McKees are all descended from the brothers Thomas or William McKee who went there in 1826.
