We have now found a birth certificate and know that my grandfather's dad's name is Percy Mcdougal from Maine....somewhere around Aroostook Co. at the time of his birth in the 1920's. His mother was Damey Lawless but he was adopted by his uncle and nobody knows whom or where his father was or went. Any info or help with this subject would be greatly appreciated.
