I purchased a small photo at an estate sale (I hate to see people sell old photographs that are marked)
It is a photo of James F McCutchan, Capt. Co. D 9th Iowa Cavalry. I have done a little research on him - his full name was James Fulton McCutchan, He also was in Co. H 2nd Iowa Infantry. His pension file application #977917 Illinois, Certificate #672415. He married Salina Graham after the war. If this is your long lost relative, email me. I paid $5.00 for the photo.
