Nimrod McCracken (1803 Alabama) is my 2nd great granduncle. I am descended from his brother William and nephew Henry Austin McCracken. I have only recently learned this, after wondering for 50 years who and where my McCrackens were.
I went to Walla Walla High School 1952-54 (Class of 1956) with David McCracken, who was class of 53 or 54, I think. He and I never got acquainted, and I wondered if he and I were related.
