I am looking for anyone who is descended from David Strauss and Anna Maria Philippina Roscher who has taken the autosomal DNA test at any of the 3 major companies - Ancestry, 23 & Me or FTDNA.

I am trying to separate out the possible McCartney line for first cousins, Jonas Strouss married to Anna A. McCartney in Beaver County in 1823, Pennsylvania and David Teel (son of Leonard Teel and Gertrude Strouss) married to Mary McCartney in Richland County, Ohio in 1823.

Both Anna and Mary McCartney may have been related to Robert McCartney of Milton Township, Richland County, Ohio from the 1820 federal census. All may have been originally from the Washington County, Pennsylvania area. A possible brother is Robert McCartney who moved from Beaver County to Noble County, Indiana and bought land from Jonas and Anna Strouss after 1850.
