Could anyone help me! I'm looking for the sister of Estel McCartney, she was born July 2, 1890, in Muncie, Indiana. We don't have a name for her. Her parents are Cora M. Potter and Newton Jasper McCartney of Delaware Co., Muncie, Indiana. Estel's name became Harry Estel, when living with his foster parents John and Margarite Garrick, in Speed, Indiana. Estel is my father-in-law. I would appreciate any help anyone could give me.
