While searching the records I found two brothers to add to my McCaffery clan in Philadelphia PA. A death certificate naming John McCafferty died on 8 Apr 1907 naming John McCaffery and Maggie Kelly his parents. Going back to the 1900 census shows a brother Phillip living with John. I also have a Edward McCaffery as well as my grt grt grandmother Margaret who married Bernard Loughery and lived in Upper Rooskey Co Donegal. Seems that the three immigrated several years apart all born in the 1830's.
I spelled the names as listed on the death certificate.
Anyone searching should consider the alternate spelling.
