Looking for the parents of my gr gr grandfather, Charles McAllister and his wife, Mary Jane Connant. He was born either in NY or Canada. I do not know where Mary Jane was from. Had a son, Albert, and a daughter, Matilda, my gr grandmother. Matilda was born in Burr Oak, IA
on 27 Dec 1861.
Charles and Mary moved from Burr Oak, IA to Minnesota. Any information to identify either Charles' or Mary's parentage would be of great help to me.
