I have a transcript of Richard Maynard's will 1728, yeoman of Cranbrrok, Kent - naming i.a. his sons, daughters and wife - also property in Mayfiled, Rolvenden and ?Laidwell or similar.
It is clearly the one you mention as the names overlap, however it does name more children which would be of interest to you I reckon.
