I am looking for the wife of Nicholas Hopkins b 1722 Scituate RI. He married a Martha Mathewson born probably Scituate sometime between 1723 and 1734. I have found trees that show her as a daughter of Thomas M (1673-1735)and Martha Sheldon OR his brother Daniel (1683-1751) and Esther Unkn. They are both sons of James Mathewson and Hannah Field. Nicholas and Martha were married about 1748 - 50 and their oldest son Philip was born in 1749. Their youngest child is Eunice b. abt. 1776. She is either the dau of a younger Martha or an unkn mother.
