I am looking for a Lydia Mars who is believed to be my Great Aunt, however she has never been known to our family. In tracing my family history I found that my g-grandma Hanna Mars came from Finland (Nov 3, 1903) and brought along a girl named Lydia Mars whom was 11 at the time. Long lost letters that were read by snooping children confirmed that she wrote my g-grandma. This is believed to be her daughter she may have had out of wedlock before leaving Finland. I am trying to figure out what ever happened to her and I want to be able to put her in my family tree. She was born about 1893 in Finland and where she went after moving to Fitchburg, MA is unknown. I don't know if she married or what. If there is any one with a Mars family connnected to Vimpeli, Finland or Fitchburg, MA and you could maybe help me, Please, Please do.
