I am researching the family tree and searching for family of Maggie d/o John and Sarah Broughton born in Knox Co,Ky or Rockcastle Co, Ky around 1882. She married a man by the last name of Marion.
My dad her nephew(GUY),couldn't tell me alot about her.But here is what I know.They lived in Ind. somewhere across the Ky line. and she had some problems(mentally).She had children.He said he remembered her being sick and put in a hospital of some sort and she ran off, one time she barded a train and ended up with amnesia.When she finally surfaced she had been in Texas. The last time he remebers seeing her was sometime in the mid 1900's. She had came to his mother's house.And the family contacted her son, so they would not worry, when the son showed up,she said she was going to the movie theatre.And she vanished again.
Her siblings included Eliza France, Mollie Wiggins, Allie Cox,Sarah,Robert, Jesse,William,and James.
They were around Bell and Knox Co,areas in Ky.
If you can help me shed any light on this Aunt I'd be greatful. I'd truly like to know what happened to her.Thank You.
