I am searching for a Christine Ann Mann born Feb 12, 1958 to Russell and Barbara Mann. I don't know where she was born, but I do know that Russell spent quite a bit of time in California & Washington. Christine is apparently a half-sister to my mother-in-law and I would very much like to find more information on her.
