She was: Alice Amelia MALONE, born 1858 in NJ (according to the 1900 Fed. Census).
She married George Orlando GRIMES in St. Paul, MN 13 May 1883 and died in St. Paul on 29 Jan 1905. I'm trying to find her parents, who, according to the 1900 census were both born in Ireland, or any other family of hers. The only other thing I know about this family is that my dad (deceased) said that he remembered that someone in their family spoke about an "Aunt Annie Malone", but who she was, I don't know. The NJ births and christenings index shows a Mary Malone, born on Alice's exact birth date in Newark, Essex Co..parent Michael Malone.. Don't know if this is her and she changed her name or maybe she was Mary Alice???? No one in our family knew her by anything other than Alice.
