John Malone is the father of Eli Malone. John would be my GGGG Grandfather. He was born in Virginia, probably in Mecklenburg. 1850 census shows only him and his wife Mary residing in Virginia. 1860 census, Mary is not mentioned and John is 73 yrs old and is residing with his son Eli (my GGG Grandfather) and his family in Trigg Co. Kentucky. Any information would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
