My grandfather was Walter Martin Mahan, born Aug 1894 and died approx 1972 in Oklahoma. He and wife, Ida, had Edward, twins Arvil & Arvin, Lee, and Mildred. Walter's parents were Charles Thomas Mahan and Pricie Mahan.
I am looking for a Cherokee Indian connection. Does anyone have any information on any of these Mahan's?
