He, a 50-year-old farmer from Ireland, and his family, including wife Barbara, 4 daughters and 2 sons, one named Robert, came across the Atlantic from Ireland to New York City as passengers aboard the Ship 'Kensington' which arrived in NY on 6 November 1840. By his given name, I suspect he had connections to the Magner clan back in Ireland. His son Robert was one of my father's paternal great grandfathers. I believe, and I am interested in learning specifically from where in Ireland this family originated. RSVP.
