My husband's father was John Maciejewski who changed his name to Majesty. John's father was Jacob Maciejewski and in a Milwaukee Ward 14, WI Census he stated he immigrated 1880 born 1876 Germany/Poland (1905 Milkwaukee Census) and in one of the children's records the mother (Josephine/Josie)'s maiden name was Lasiecka. They all moved to Chicago area and appeared on the Census there.
