Yes I did make progress. A year ago I managed to finally trace my motheres biological sister whom she had never met (and who was unaware of my mums existance. My aunt Jill (who lives near san Diego) was able to provide me with a couple of photographs of her grandmother and grandfather. It was very exciting I flew out to meet her. It as a strange experience! There was a lot of photos of cousins etc, but I think they were all Jones's side rather than MacDougal side Jill didnt have very much information for me at all as it turned out so I guess thats it
