Hi Jan, I have a book by Dorothy Womack on the Lybrook family. It was published in 200 by SPG Graphics, PO Box 68679 Indianapolis IN 46268. You can see a copy at the DAR library in DC. My husband is a direct descendant of Baltzer/Balser Lybrook, who served in the American Revolution. I believe Henry and Phillip Lybrook both served in the Civil War. There is a story about an indian massacre that involved the Lybrooks and it was made into a bookand movie called "Follow the River". I found no Anne/Annie or Shank's listed int he book, so you migt try to get in touch with Dorothy. She is often on the Fayette Co, PA messaage board, to see if your ancestor fits in this family. It sounds like she might. Good luck, Nora
