Sorry, I made a couple of mistakes here.

It was John, Hardy, Matthew, & Giles Luter who were thought to be sons of Thomas Luter who died in South Hampton County, Va in 1779. Giles, whom I descend from was born around 1753.

Thomas Luter is believed to be descended from the Thomas Luter who arrived from Shrewsbury, Shropshire County, England in 1635 with Richard Bennett through The London/Virginia Company.
