to Joseph Luarca,
I have seen that picture too. My mother has one too. I think that our grandfather used the Spanish version of their name. What I know is that their are:
Heinrich Von Roffducher or Rethdansher
Siegfried, Marthe, and Rosa. Our aunt, who has since died, told us that our greatgrandfather was German from RUSSELSHEIM, Germany. He was part, apparently, of the BOTIKA BOY. This was a company that brought medicine to the Phil, or set up a company in the country. But uncle Junior also mentioned long ago about our ancestor being in the Spanish Armada. Our greatgrandfather's name is in the Philippine Library of Congress for being in the BOTIKA BOY company. All these was the accepted story back home, so I am not really sure how accurate all of these.
