I am seeking information on a Mildred Loy or her children, b abt 1927 in Knoxville TN to Otey/Oaty Loy and Pearl Wittenbarger. Mildred had about 5 children. One was named Linda born abt 1944; the following were born to Mildred and her long time lover Floyd Rogers: Ellen Jane (adopted and name changed to Myra), twin brothers Jackie and Jimmy born abt 1949 and Wanda born abt 1952.

Sometime about 1954, Mildred left Knoxville TN without her children. Social services collected the children and I assume put them up for adoption. Mildred returned to Knoxville for a few visits (that I know of) but not sure where she went or what became of her.
