Looking for the parents of William Lowers, b. 1785 possibly in Wood County, West Virginia or Ohio. Died about 1860ish poss. in Wood County West Virginia. Married to Mary Warren. Any and all information would be great! Also trying to link Susan Lowers as a daughter?
