The first know Loughlin died in Ireland at the age of 104. He had 6 children of which Peter Loughlin was one of. Peter was born in County Connaught, Ireland in 1814. He came to NY in 1830. He lived in brooklyn. He died in the Cholera epidemic in 1849. He was married to Margaret Gray in 1836 who was also from County Connaught. Peter and margaret had 3 children, Mary, Margaret, and James. Peter had 2 brothers, John and Michael. He had 3 sisters, mary, Bridget,and Margaret.
