This was the info (copied exact spelling) I found included in an envelope with a copy of my great greandmother's(Josephine welch-woodward) birth certificate. I am looking to find parents & siblings etc. Mary is listed on 1900 usa census in Poland Maine married to Joseph J Welch both immigrated in est1883.
This is my first inquery for non-usa information so i am not sure what else i should be looking for. Any help is appreciated. TIA-Danielle
